SPREE Party

Thanks to everyone who came out in the cold to my opening for "SPREE" on December 1. Deutsches Haus at NYU put on a great party, complete with bratwurst and lots of Becks.
Here are a few pictures from the evening.
In the entrance I did a wallpaper installation of some of the pages from SPREE to try to bring the same feeling of abundance to the show that you get (I think) from looking through the book. The silkscreens start on the stairs and lead up to the gallery. There are 20 different silkscreens in the show, and I printed each in an edition of 15.
If any of you out-of-towners are coming through New York over the holidays, let me know and ill meet you there for a little tour (this goes for the in-towners too, if you haven't seen the show)
The exhibit will be up through January 4th.

Billy Rauscher did a great job with the music and helped bring the Berlin vibes.

Ski Season

The last few editorial projects I've done have all had something to do with nature or the outdoors, and even though the ideas are all completely different they kind of turned out like a little series. This piece was done for the travel section of the New York Times, about changing your ski reservations to another resort when they have better conditions.
