
The last few editorial projects I've done have all had something to do with nature or the outdoors, and even though the ideas are all completely different they kind of turned out like a little series. This piece was done for the travel section of the New York Times, about changing your ski reservations to another resort when they have better conditions.

i love your solution, Doug. living within a couple hundred miles radius of about 10 different ski resorts, i completely understand...it's like mountain hopping. hehe. and how was your show?? post some pictures!
I really like the direction you are going in lately. It seems like you are playing with a lot of colors and shapes, along with pattern which is always fun. They kind of remind me of older sort of vintage illustrations. They are awesome.
Man I so can't wait to get up north and go skiing. Love the piece and the concept. Good stuff!
Like Jenny said lets see some photos of the show! I got your email but I didn't see how long the show would be up for? I may possibly be in NYC a couple days during my winter break and would like to try and check it out.
